Sustaining Your Practice
One-on-one sessions to support your ongoing mindfulness meditation practice.

Looking for individual mentoring with a mindfulness teacher to support and guide your growing mindfulness practice? Sustaining a mindfulness meditation practice can be a challenge. Maybe you have taken mindfulness courses in the past and need support in cultivating a consistent practice. Or maybe you have been practicing mindfulness for a while and want to expand your practice to incorporate other teachings and practices from Secular Dharma and/or Christian traditions. Ongoing mentoring sessions with me offer an opportunity to get support and accountability for your daily practice as well as guidance in incorporating mindfulness into everything you do. Through Q & A and rich discussion, together we find ways to cultivate a mindfulness practice that is aligned with what matters to you.
To see if mentoring is right for you, register for an initial intake session. This initial session costs $60. In this session, we will discuss your current practice and your intentions for practice moving forward. If you decided that mentorship with me is right for you, we will schedule three-monthly individual sessions. Each session is on a sliding scale ($50-90). After this three month commitment, you may continue on a month-to-month basis.
Once you register for the initial intake session, I will contact you to set up individual session times and provide a Zoom link for our sessions if needed.

Individual Instruction in Mindfulness Practice
Six sessions of individualized instruction to begin a mindfulness meditation practice.

Looking for individual instruction to begin a mindfulness meditation practice? This is a one-on-one series based on my introductory course Cultivating a Mindful Life: A Six-Session Course in Mindfulness Practice. This course will introduce you to practices and meditation techniques that cultivate mindfulness in our daily life. In six-individual sessions, we will explore the benefits of mindfulness for emotional, mental, and physical well-being and interpersonal relationships. This course will support you in establishing your own continuing mindfulness meditation practice through instruction, guided meditation practice, and Q & A.
Once you register for the course package, I will contact you to set up individual session times and provide a Zoom link for our sessions.

6 WEEK COURSE – Cultivating a Mindful Life: Six-Week Course in Mindfulness Practice. This course will introduce you to practices and meditation techniques that cultivate mindfulness in our daily life.
