Mindful Monday: Support for Your Mindfulness Practice

This group is for those who are cultivating a mindfulness practice and would like to meditate and learn with others to support their practice. It can be helpful to gather and meditate together. The group will be facilitated by Ann Brand and others. The facilitator will lead a guided meditation, give a brief talk on an aspect of mindfulness practice, and then open it up to questions about practice. No matter where you are in developing your practice, you are welcome. This is a drop-in group. No RSVP needed but feel free to email Ann with questions. Sliding scale $5-10.

Includes an introduction to mindfulness practice with opportunity for practice and questions.

One Day Workshops

2 HOURS – Includes an introduction to mindfulness practice with opportunity to experience different types of mindfulness practices and questions.

4-8 HOURS – Can be focused on mindfulness in education or the workplace. Includes an introduction to mindfulness practice with opportunity to experience different types of mindfulness practices and questions. Also includes opportunity for collaboration. Limited to 30 participants.

In-Depth Courses

6 WEEK COURSE – Cultivating a Mindful Life: Six-Week Course in Mindfulness Practice. This course will introduce you to practices and meditation techniques that cultivate mindfulness in our daily life. We will explore the benefits of mindfulness for emotional, mental, and physical well-being and interpersonal relationships. This six-week course will support you in establishing your own continuing mindfulness meditation practice. Each session is two hours in length. Limited to 30 participants

4 WEEK COURSE – Condensed version of the six-week course. Each session is two hours in length. Limited to 30 participants
